Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 24 business hours after order and payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines begin once your order has been dispatched:
- Metro Manila: 1–2 business days
- Luzon: 2–4 business days
- Visayas and Mindanao: 3–7 business days

Tracking details will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number once your order has shipped. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are complete and accurate.
