Agreement and scope

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and VARA Collective OPC (“VARA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) when you access vara.ph, create an account, submit information, or purchase products from us.

By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or complete a purchase. These Terms apply to consumer transactions through vara.ph and do not replace any separate written agreement signed by VARA.

Eligibility and acceptable site use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are below 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise any purchase. You must provide complete, current, and accurate information when ordering or creating an account.

You must not use the website to:

• commit fraud, impersonate another person, or provide false payment or delivery information;
• interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, scrape data without permission, or bypass security;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• purchase products for unlawful resale, diversion, or another prohibited purpose; or
• engage in activity prohibited by applicable law.

We may restrict access, suspend an account, or decline a transaction when reasonably necessary to protect customers, VARA, payment providers, or the integrity of the website, subject to applicable law.

Products and wellness information

We aim to describe each product accurately, including its name, quantity, price, condition, ingredients, intended use, instructions, and material limitations where applicable. Packaging, color, or appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing updates, or normal production variation, but the product delivered must conform to its material description and applicable legal requirements.

Always read and follow the product label. Before use, consult an appropriate healthcare professional if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are below 18, have a medical condition, have allergies, take medication, or have questions about whether a product is suitable for you. Stop use and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction. Individual experiences vary, and no particular result is guaranteed.

Do not use a product if its seal is broken, its packaging appears tampered with, or it is expired. Contact VARA promptly and retain the product, packaging, order confirmation, and relevant photographs for review.

Prices, taxes, discounts and promotions

Prices are displayed in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise. The product page or checkout will show the applicable product price, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and total payable before you confirm the order. We may change prices prospectively, but a change will not alter an order already accepted by VARA, except where correction is required by law or you agree to the change.

Promotional offers are subject to their published eligibility rules, period, stock availability, redemption limits, and exclusions. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may reject or reverse a discount obtained through fraud, technical manipulation, duplication, or a clear pricing or configuration error. If an error affects your order, we will notify you and offer a lawful resolution, including the option to cancel and receive a refund of amounts paid when appropriate.

Orders and contract acceptance

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. VARA accepts the order when we send an acceptance, fulfillment, or dispatch confirmation, or otherwise begin performance.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including:

• unavailable inventory, purchase limits, or an inability to fulfill the order;
• an evident pricing, product, promotion, or system error;
• failed payment authorization, suspected fraud, or incomplete verification;
• an undeliverable or unsupported address; or
• a legal, regulatory, safety, or product-recall requirement.

If we cancel after receiving payment, we will return the amount due using the original payment channel or another lawful method agreed with you. Processing time may depend on the payment provider. Orders may be subject to reasonable quantity limits to support fair access and prevent unauthorized resale.

Pre-orders

A product marked “pre-order” is not yet ready for immediate dispatch. The estimated release or delivery window shown on the product page is a good-faith estimate and may change because of production, quality review, regulatory clearance, logistics, or events beyond reasonable control. Payment timing and any pre-order discount will be disclosed before checkout.

If a material delay occurs, we will provide an update using the contact information supplied with the order. Your cancellation and refund options will be governed by the published pre-order terms, our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, and applicable law. A pre-order will not reduce any mandatory consumer remedy.

Payments, verification and receipts

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include third-party payment gateways, electronic wallets, cards, bank methods, or cash on delivery. By selecting a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and authorize the processing required to complete the transaction.

Payment providers may conduct fraud prevention, identity, or authorization checks under their own terms and privacy notices. VARA does not store full card credentials when they are handled directly by an authorized payment provider. We will issue or make available a paper or electronic invoice or receipt as required.

For cash-on-delivery orders, you agree to prepare the correct amount and accept legitimate delivery attempts. Repeated unjustified refusal, false orders, or abusive use may result in reasonable order restrictions, without limiting rights arising from defective, incorrect, unsafe, or non-conforming goods.

Shipping, delivery and risk

Shipping methods, service areas, charges, and estimated timeframes are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Weather, public emergencies, peak-sale volume, courier disruption, inaccurate addresses, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, email address, and mobile number, and for ensuring that an authorized person can receive the parcel. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Risk of accidental loss or damage remains subject to applicable law. If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, notify us promptly and retain the item, packaging, shipping label, and photographs so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

Order cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds

Cancellation requests may be submitted while an order remains unfulfilled, but a request does not cancel the order until VARA confirms it. Once fulfillment, handover, or transit has begun, cancellation may be restricted as permitted by law, and the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy will apply.

Eligibility, notice periods, evidence, return instructions, hygiene or safety limitations, and refund timing are detailed in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. Any voluntary policy limitation is subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Customer accounts and security

If you create or use an account, you are responsible for keeping access credentials and devices secure and for activity performed through your account, except where unauthorized activity results from VARA’s failure to use legally required safeguards. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may require reasonable verification before disclosing account or order information, changing account details, or processing a sensitive request. We may temporarily restrict an account when necessary to investigate suspected misuse, protect personal information, or comply with law.

Reviews, feedback and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on genuine experience where represented, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights or reveal personal information without authority.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant VARA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt for formatting, publish, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting VARA, subject to our Privacy Policy and any consent required by law. You may contact us to withdraw permission for future promotional use where the law or the terms of your consent permit.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, contains sensitive personal data, makes prohibited therapeutic claims, or violates these Terms. We will not knowingly present paid or incentivized content as an independent customer opinion.

Privacy and personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information and how data subjects may exercise their rights. We process information needed to manage accounts, accept and fulfill orders, prevent fraud, provide customer support, meet legal obligations, and carry out other disclosed lawful purposes.

By providing another person’s information, such as a recipient’s name, address, or phone number, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it for the transaction. Do not send health details or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel and necessary for the stated purpose.

Intellectual property

The website and its original text, photographs, graphics, designs, layout, product presentation, trademarks, logos, videos, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to VARA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “VARA,” “Glow & Go,” associated marks, and trade dress may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authenticity without written permission.

You may access and make a temporary personal copy of website content for lawful, non-commercial shopping and reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, frame, republish, or systematically extract website content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party platforms and services

The website may use or link to services provided by payment gateways, couriers, analytics providers, social networks, customer-support tools, or other third parties. Their independent services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not by itself mean that VARA controls or endorses all third-party content.

VARA remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us as the online merchant. Nothing in this section transfers to you a risk or responsibility that the law assigns to VARA or limits a remedy against us for the transaction.

Website availability, changes and corrections

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, updates, outages, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We may update website features, product assortments, or content, provided that changes do not unlawfully reduce rights under an accepted order.

Typographical, technical, pricing, inventory, or description errors may occur. We may correct an error and will provide appropriate notice and options if the correction materially affects a pending order. We do not use this right to avoid an obligation or remedy required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VARA does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, compatibility with every device, or a particular wellness, beauty, fitness, or lifestyle result. Product experience can differ among individuals. You remain responsible for reading the label, following directions, and deciding with an appropriate professional whether a product is suitable for you.

VARA is not liable for losses that are remote, indirect, or not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction, or for loss caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized alteration, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or an independent event outside VARA’s reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. This includes applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by legally actionable fault, product-safety obligations, data-privacy violations, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Events beyond reasonable control

VARA will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by an event we could not reasonably prevent or overcome, such as severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, transport shutdown, nationwide utility or telecommunications failure, labor disruption, or major supplier interruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, communicate material delays, and resume performance when practicable.

This section does not remove your right to a refund or another remedy where continued delay, non-delivery, or cancellation gives rise to that right under applicable law or our published policies.

Complaints, internal redress and disputes

Please contact VARA first so we can review and attempt to resolve your concern through our internal redress process. Include your name, order number, contact details, a clear description of the issue, the remedy you are requesting, and relevant supporting records. We aim to acknowledge concerns promptly and work toward resolution within seven calendar days where reasonably possible.

If the concern remains unresolved, you may use remedies available under Philippine law, including seeking assistance from the appropriate government agency, alternative dispute resolution, or a court with proper jurisdiction. Depending on the issue, the relevant agency may include the Department of Trade and Industry, Food and Drug Administration, or National Privacy Commission. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Governing law and general provisions

These Terms and transactions with VARA are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without depriving a consumer of any protection that applies mandatorily. Any court proceeding must be filed in a court with lawful jurisdiction and proper venue under applicable procedural and consumer-protection rules.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your contractual rights or obligations in a way that prejudices VARA or another person without consent; VARA may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a lawful business reorganization or transfer, provided your rights are not reduced.

These Terms, together with the policies and order-specific disclosures incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement for use of the website and the relevant transaction. If an order-specific written term conflicts with these Terms, the more specific lawful term applies to that order.

We may revise these Terms prospectively for legal, regulatory, security, operational, or business reasons. The effective date above will be updated. Material changes apply only as permitted by law and will not retroactively remove rights arising from an already accepted order.
